1General Terms & Conditions

BCK444 (bck444.pro) is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between BCK444 and its users. Every member is responsible for reading these terms carefully before using any BCK444 services.

• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.

BCK444 may request a national ID, passport, or other documents for account verification at any time. Withdrawals may be suspended if verification is not completed.

3Bonus & Promotion Terms

BCK444 offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions that must be followed.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only. Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn.
• Cashback Bonus: Cashback is offered on qualifying weekly losses. The cashback amount will not be credited directly to your main balance.
• Referral Bonus: Refer a friend and both of you will receive a bonus, provided the referred friend makes a minimum deposit.
• Deposit Bonus: Bonuses are available on qualifying deposit amounts. Please read all terms before claiming any bonus.

In any bonus-related dispute, bck444's decision is final. If bonus abuse or fraud is proven, all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

4Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals on BCK444:

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 500 (five hundred taka).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 1,000 (one thousand taka).
• Withdrawal processing time: typically 1 to 3 business days, though this may take longer if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the deposit — if you deposited via Mobile Banking, you must withdraw to Mobile Banking.
• Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.

BCK444 follows AML policies to prevent money laundering. Any suspicious transaction will be placed on hold pending investigation. Withdrawals may be declined if deposited funds are withdrawn without being wagered.

5Betting Rules

The following rules apply to Sports Betting, Live Casino, and other gaming activities on BCK444:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — unless the cash-out feature is active, in which case different conditions may apply.
• If a technical issue occurs during an event or game, BCK444 reserves the right to void bets or review the outcome.
• If match-fixing or any form of manipulation is found, all associated bets will be voided.
• In live betting, odds may change at any time. The odds displayed at the moment of placing a bet are final.
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting a software bug or glitch will be voided.

BCK444 reserves the right to set or adjust betting limits on specific markets at any time. Additional verification may be required for high-value wagers.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the BCK444 platform:

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Registering using another person's name or personal information.
• Using betting bots or automated software to play.
• Attempting to hack the BCK444 system or exploit any security vulnerabilities.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing or threatening other members.
• Providing false information to BCK444 staff.

7Account Closure & Suspension

BCK444 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts under the following circumstances:

• If a breach of these Terms and Conditions is established.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• If evidence of suspicious or illegal activity is found.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any verified balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed.

For inactive accounts, an inactivity fee of BDT 100 or 10% of the balance (whichever is lower) may be charged each month starting after 12 months of inactivity.

8Privacy & Data Protection

• Deposit Limit: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on your deposits.

• Our support team will endeavour to resolve your issue within 72 hours.
• For unresolved disputes, an independent arbitration body may be engaged.
